Beginning in early 2022 and continues to this day, the 'Solar to Scale' project is a playground for highly dynamic, interwoven systems and components, with satisfying micro-interactions as the cherry on top. The web app fetches data from NASA's API, processes it through orbital equations to calculate current planetary distances, and presents it all in a clear, interactive infographic. Over the years, this project underwent multiple updates which were planned, executed and thoroughly documented into a detailed version history log.

In the heart of Karmiel city, next to the house where I grew up, lies a small city-enclosed natural area called Tel Bata. Between the dense grasses hide stories from ancient times, faded memories, and many more treasures buried underground waiting to be discovered—a whole world that we tend to overlook. The project brings together archiological findings and documentation of Tel Bata from the Byzantine period to present day, and through an online scrolling format invites readers to learn the story of this place.

Things are changing fast. Some would argue that it is changing too fast to keep up. Especially in times like these, we crave the things that are stable enough to hold on to. The things that will stay somewhat relevant in the long run. One of these things is the world itself: the land, the seas, and the societies that live on them. Learn them once, and you probably won’t have to learn them again. This web app was born out of love for our beautiful world, to help curious minds get familiar with its geography, ethnicities, and cultures. I believe this information is fundamental and should be free and accessible to everyone. That’s why this web app is free to use and ad-free.

As part of the 'Total Design' course at Bezalel Academy, we were tasked with designing a distinctive and timeless visual system for the institution. The timing coincided with the academy's recent move to its new campus, requiring a brand that would mark a new chapter in the academy's rich history. The visual identity had to align with the current state of the art while serving as a versatile platform for the institution's diverse content—subtle yet precise. The final system proved effective, showing strong adaptability across multiple content types and formats.

As part of the 'Branding 101' course at Bezalel Academy, we were tasked with creating a new fictional brand from scratch. The process began with research, followed by developing a unique brand strategy, which we then translated into a visual identity. The production phase became the project's standout feature. From sourcing materials, partnering with professional service providers and craftspeople, all the way to hands-on product prototyping—all under a tight deadline. To top it all off, we wrapped up with a studio photoshoot to showcase the passion and effort invested in this project.
